Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Design and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and provide regular reporting.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including ad copies, landing pages, blog posts, and email newsletters.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Generate regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and performance metrics. A/B test different strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign design and execution.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proven experience with Hubspot.
  • Experience working in digital health or medical devices. 
  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, with experience in content creation and copywriting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
